• Intelligent illumination: Designing individual illumination components ensures outstanding image quality.
• Various optical technologies: A range from standard camera imaging, laser triangulation, deflectometry, shape from shading, photoluminescence, to IR and UV inspections in addition to white light interferometry and other microscopic contrast methods.
• Camera technique: Matrix and line scan cameras for the visible or infrared spectrum. 3D-line or area sensors, endoscopes and microscopes. For thermography, Intego has developed SPICA thermography camera, a cooled IR camera.
• Intego's own "Inspector" software: Customized image processing algorithms, easy-to-use GUI, direct machine control.
• Advanced image processing: We create automated detection of various defects and errors and visualize them in 2D and even 3D models.
